Description
'Seaside Serenade' is a new, improved Hydrangea collection that is specially bred for its compact growth habit, strong stems, and ability to produce flowers on both old and new wood, thus extending their bloom time. Varieties we typically carry are:- 'Cape Cod' - repeat blooming blue flowers in acidic soil or pink in neutral to alkaline. Perfect for foundations and borders.
- 'Cape Lookout' - blossoms start pale green, then turn pure white and eventually light pink. Excellent choice in mass plantings or as a container accent.
- 'Fire Island' - white blooms edged in rosy red, maturing to deep pink. Perfect for containers or mass plantings.
- 'Martha's Vineyard' - compact, reblooming, pink-red mophead contrasting with lush dark green foliage. Great for containers.
- 'Crystal Cove' - frilly light purple blooms edged with deep purple-blue when grown in acidic soils (deep pink in neutral/alkaline).
