Blueberry, Blueray

Vaccinium corymbosum

Description

'Blueray Blueberry' is the best Northern Highbush variety for hot climates, celebrated for its large, firm fruit and excellent flavor. This upright, cold-hardy bush is very productive and holds ornamental value as well with its showy, bell-shaped pinkish flowers in spring that turn white, followed by stunning burgundy-red foliage in fall. Blueberry culture requires soil that is moist, acidic, and high in humus. 800 hours. Self-fruitful. Can be planted in the garden or in containers.
