Castor Bean

Description
With its large glossy dark red leaves, castor beans makes a bold statement in the garden! The star-shaped leaves can grow over 2 1/2' across and the plant can reach heights of 10' in one growing season. Deep red flowers are produced in dense inflorescences 8-18" tall at the tops of the stems. They produce seeds that are extremely poisonous, so keep plants out of reach of children and pets. The leaves are toxic as well. Zones 9-12
