Cedar, Sanders Blue Deodar

Cedrus deodara 'Sanders Blue'

Description

Amongst the bluest of all cedars, the Sanders Blue is a stunning evergreen tree with a pyramidal shape and pendulous branches.

While highly adaptable to most conditions, including secondary water and urban pollution, it prefers to be in well-draining soil.

Fast growing - up to 12 inches a year. Watch for two shoots and prune, if needed, to keep a single trunk. Excellent specimen tree.
