Cherry, Yoshino Flowering
Prunus x 'Yedoensis'
Description
Considered to be the most iconic of all ornamental cherry trees, the Yoshino ushers in the warmer weather by producing an abundance of almond-scented, whitish-pink flowers in early spring. Other eye-catching features are its orange fall color, vase-shaped canopy and ornate bark. The Yoshino is drought resistant once established and adapts well to many soil types.
