Currant, Black Consort
Description
Prized for its rich, sweet-tart, musky fruits, 'Black Consort' Currant grows in clusters that ripen in late summer. Currants are exceptionally high in Vitamin C and antioxidants and are ideal for making jams, wines, or fruit liqueurs.
