Diervilla splendens 'G2X88544' PP27548 Kodiak® Orange

Description

Also known as 'Bush Honeysuckle', 'Diervilla' is a suckering, compact, deciduous shrub that is noted for its continuously blooming, honey-like tasting, trumpet-shaped flowers. Highly attractive to all pollinators. This low maintenance choice requires no deadheading and offers delightful fall color to drier shaded areas. Avoid afternoon sun. Varieties we typically carry include:

  • Honeybee - brilliant yellow foliage turns deep crimson in fall
  • Kodiak Jet Black - deep, velvety black foliage from spring to fall
  • Kodiak Orange - vibrant, russet orange new growth
  • Kodiak Red - deep burgundy foliage in spring, turning vivid red in fall
