Description

Dracaena marginata (Dragon tree) Often you will find older plants available for sale in tree form which makes for a great large accent plant in your home. Some can be over 6 feet tall, however smaller versions of this plant are available too suitable for a shelf or desktop. Give these plants bright but indirect light and only water when the top half of the soil is dried out. There are different varieties available on the market the following being some of the most common. 

Tricolor: Dark red margins on dark green leaves with a creamy white stripes down the leaf center
Bicolor: Similar to the tri color, but only the deep red and green appear on the leaves
