Dwarf Pampas Grass

Cortaderia selloana 'Pumila'

Description

Dwarf Pampas Grass is a showy, compact grass with gray-green leaves in the spring, topped with large, creamy white plums in the late summer. The plumes are large and silky, making this a beautiful accent grass that plays well against a variety of other plant material. Alternatively, these can be showstoppers on their own in your gardens. They are great in full sun to light shad, tolerate all soil conditions and are deer resistant. Once they are established, after two growing seasons, they are drought tolerant.

A great addition to xeriscapes for their low water needs, or a nice option for a small privacy screen, these decorative grasses make a great statement with little efforts.
