Description
The Javelin® Flowering Pear is a tightly growing, columnar pear that stays narrow as it matures. These trees are fireblight resistant and do well in urban settings. They can tolerate secondary water and make a great feature in narrow spaces. After the spring flowers, the unique foliage leaves out into a burgundy color which matures to glossy dark green in the heat of summer and finishes with an orange-red color in autumn
