Description

'Bur Oak' is a medium to very large tree with a broad, spreading, rounded crown, a massive trunk, and low, large, spreading branches. Produces large acorns with fringed caps that attract birds. Great xeriscape plant as it provides a a lot of shade and is tolerant of a wide range of soil types. Attractive corky bark adds winter interest.
