Description
A large, moderate-to-fast-growing shade tree that will tower over the landscape as a stately specimen. Dark bark with deep furrows. Glossy green, bristle-tipped foliage provides excellent shade for large lawns areas. Crimson, golden orange fall color. Highly prone to iron chlorosis in clay and alkaline soils. Resistant to pollution.
