Description

'Oregon Grape' is a woody-stemmed, low growing evergreen shrub with year-round interest. In spring, the holly-like glossy leaves start light green then turn coppery-red. Bright yellow fragrant flowers emerge, followed by clusters of edible dusky blue berries. In winter, foliage turns bright red to burgundy.

Not only is 'Oregon Grape' a visual delight in the landscape, it also holds many medicinal benefits, such as anti-inflammatory and immune-boosting properties. It is also known to improve insulin sensitivity, cholesterol levels.
