Description

The two main cultivars of this herb are Italian parsley with flat leaves and the curly parsley with ruffled leaves. Flat-leaf parsley has a more robust flavor, while the curly variety is associated with decoration. Italian parsley has a clean and peppery taste with a touch of earthiness. Commonly used in stocks and sauces. Zones 5-9
