Description

Hydrocotyle are running low growing aquatic plants with one individual round umberella like leaf that sits on top of each of its many stems. Depending on species the leaves can range from 1/2'' to 3'' around. They are very useful as under story or companion plants when grown with taller plants such as iris and cattails ext. They are also a great choice for contianers  and veggie filters or grown at the edge of the pond or in the stream bed. Zone 5 or 6 In full sun to part shade in wet soil or water 10'' deep.
