Description

One of the most widely distributed trees in the western United States, 'Ponderosa Pine', also known as Yellow Pine, is a large evergreen conifer that produces needles 5-10 inches long in clusters of two or three. Small, brown cones appear in fall. Tolerant of high alkaline and salty soils.
