Potatoes prefer well-draining soil, so adding organic matter or soil amendments is recommended if you have less productive or clay soils.

Plant when temps are consistently 50ºF or above. 🌞

When cutting the seed, make sure there is at least 1 eye in each piece. Place the seed pieces 4-6 inches deep and 10-12 inches apart. 🔪
