Sweetspire, Little Henry

Itea virginica 'Sprich' PP10,988

Description

Sweetspires (Itea virginica) are in a class by themselves when it comes to versatility, season to season color display, and manageable size. Very few other flowering shrubs fit the bill in multiple ways, but the Sweetspire dominates!

'Little Henry Sweetspire' has glossy green, narrow foliage in spring, followed by lightly scented, pure white raceme flowers from early spring through June. But there's more, because in fall, the foliage changes to a brilliant display of oranges and reds!
