Description
Deciduous vine that is medium growing to 20'. Zone 4. Likes sun but tolerates part shade. Amethyst Falls grows at about 1/3 the rate of the Asian wisterias, making a great plant for smaller spaces. Slightly fragrant purple racemes bloom at an early age. Can be planted in containers, as an espalier onto a trellis, or trained up an arbor.
