Description

Tall, narrow evergreen shrub that is accentuated by its dainty red berries. Makes an attractive screen or hedge, and can also be pruned into topiary shapes. The golden variety reaches 15-30' high and 4-8' wide, while the dark green stays around 10-12' high and 2-3' wide. Most parts, including its berries, needles and bark are toxic to humans and animals if ingested.
